Non-Drowsy; No side effects

Adults and children 12 years older take or chew 2 tablets with water 2-3 times a day between meals. Children 6-12 years old take or chew 1-2 tablets with water 2 times a day between meals.  

 Don't take cold drinks or alcohol when taking this supplement 

If the symptoms are persistent or worsen after taking 1 bottle, stop use and ask a doctor. Discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur and ask a doctor. Don't take more than 2 bottles per cold or flu episode. If pregnant or breastfeeding, do not take the supplement.
